Protect your financial investment with Season Pass Protection

Season Pass Protection guards your financial investment against an unplanned occurrence that stops you from using your season pass due to injury, sickness, military deployment, or relocation.

Any individual that purchases a Pleasant Mountain Season Pass may also purchase Pass Protection. The Plan covers the pass holder only and does not include other family members such as a spouse, dependent child, or caregiver. Pass Protection must be purchased at the same time as the season pass. Season Pass Protection is non-transferable.

Cost: $25.00 per pass

    • Unused Pass Refund:
    • 100% before the start of the season
    • Used Passes:
      Opening Day – January 15, 75%
      January 16 – February 15, 50%
      February 16 – March 1, 25%
      March 2 – End of Season, 0%
    1. Injury or a medical condition preventing the use of pass – (a medical certificate is required).
    2. Relocation more than 200 miles away from your current residence– documented by employment letter or other reasonable proof.
    3. Military deployment – called to active military service.

    Refund amount is based on the date Pleasant Mountain is contacted with a valid submission – not the date of injury.

  • A Season Pass Protection Claim is deemed valid once submitted in writing.
