Cancellation Policy

Tickets and services are non-refundable and non-transferable. Guests May receive a credit if a cancellation request is made no later than 72 hours (3 days) in advance of their day of arrival.

To submit a cancellation request, guests must forward their confirmation email to guestservices@pleasantmountain.com. Cancellation requests must be submitted no later than 8:00AM.

Example: If your ticket or service is reserved for Saturday, a cancellation request must be sent by Wednesday at 8:00AM. Credits will be issued as an eVoucher.

This policy applies to, but is not limited to, lift tickets, lessons, rental equipment. Exclusions to this policy include, but are not limited to, season passes, ticket packs, Progression20 lessons, and seasonal programs.

eVouchers

eVouchers can be used for purchasing a variety of products both online and at the resort, including day tickets, private lessons, rental equipment and  more. Login to shop.pleasantmountain.com

Vouchers generated during the 2022-2023 calendar year expire December 31, 2025.  View your Voucher code and use it to purchase online for a future visit.

Ticket pack products are non-refundable and non-transferable. Any remaining days expire at the end of the season and cannot be refunded, transferred or credited.
