Skiing and snowboarding is awesome, but it’s even better when you have buddies to share it with. If you’re interested in bringing a group of at least 20 to Pleasant Mountain, we can help you out!

Group rates can apply to Lift Tickets, Rental Packages and Lessons. We do not offer Group Rates on weekends or holidays.

Helpful Group Information

Group Trip FAQ's

  • The IP# is the customer unique identifier in our ticketing system.  You can find it on the front of your Go Card.

  • Let your Group Leader know!  We will print a new one this season.  Provide their name, date of birth and the email associated with their profile when registering with the group.

  • Yes!  Include IP# off the front of their card when registering.  One card can be used at all locations, so don’t leave it behind!

  • No.  However, if the group arrives mid-afternoon, they will need to have their night pass modified for the visit for a small fee.  Check with your Group Leader for more information.

  • Provide all other information during registration, including the IP#.

  • Unfortunately, no.  If you feel your child needs a refresher before hitting the slopes with the group, book a group or private lesson through the mountain prior to their first visit.

  • No.  All registrations must be done through the group.

  • They will need to know before they register. 

  • All sales are final.  Purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • Tickets and rental equipment can be used for the remainder of the season on the day of the week the group attended.  Tickets and rental equipment cannot be transferred to another day of the week or to another person.  Lessons cannot be made up.

  • Tickets for the day can be purchased online and loaded onto the same Go Card used with the group.  It is not recommended to use your group visit as you will have to skip the last visit with the group.

  • Unfortunately, no.  Tickets, lessons, and rental equipment are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • Please contact your Group Leader.

  • Absolutely!  Have the Group Leader contact the Director of Group Sales to arrange for rental equipment for the evening.  Your Group Leader will facilitate billing.

  • On occasion, we do have ski pants and jackets to loan out.  They may also check the on-site ProShop.  Otherwise, they are welcome to stay in the lodge with the Group Leader and lodge chaperone. 

  • Log into your account on our website, select “My Account”, scroll to the individual, click or hover on “Card”.  This will display their unique 20 character media number located on the back of their card.  This is the active card.  Please provide the IP# from the front of the card.

  • Provide the date of birth under their profile and the email used to log into the Boyne account.  A new card will be issued and distributed by the Group Leader.

  • Log into your Boyne account, add the participant as a member.  Provide the Group Leader with the email from your Boyne account and the date of birth for the participant.  A new card will be issued and distributed by the Group Leader.

  • Head to Pleasant Mountain to create an account.  Add your participant as a member.  Provide the date of birth under profile and the email used to create and log into the Boyne account.  A new card will be issued and distributed by the Group Leader.

  • A lost or forgotten card can be replaced and will be the active card going forward.  The lost or forgotten card will be obsolete and can be tossed.  Head to Pleasant Mountains’ website to the “Media Replacement” button.  A new card can be purchased for $5, and picked up at the Mountain on arrival.  Have the participant stop at the PUB to scan the emailed QR code to print the new card, or head to a guest service.

  • Once registration is closed, your group will be processed, contact your Group Leader to discuss group visits. 

  • Fill out all information at registration, what discipline they’re doing (ski or snowboard), age, height & weight range, and shoe size.  We will use this information to set your child’s equipment aside for their visit.  On arrival, we will confirm fit.

  • Your student will meet at the Snow Sports Meeting Area, on the hill at their designated lesson time.  They will be separated into levels based off the information you provided at registration.  The first visit will be an evaluation to see if their level needs to be adjusted.  Lessons are 90 minutes.  At the end of their lesson, they will use the mountain as arranged with the Group Leader.

  • Absolutely!  You can sign up for private lessons online.
