Pleasant Mountain Preview

Yes, that's right....the days are getting shorter, which means another epic winter is just over the horizon.

Bring on the Snow
Our Operations Team is putting the finishing touches on the upper mountain snowmaking improvements. This includes the installation of 12,000 feet of new pipe on Sunset Blvd, 50 new tower guns, and the construction of a simpler, more efficient valve house at the summit.

Sunset has also been widened, making it even more friendly for novices, and with the addition of lights, it will become our 20th trail open for night skiing.

Base Improvements
We're nearly finished expanding the Ticket Booth stairs and adding heated concrete landings, which will host an alfresco food and beverage outlet. Along with a new elevator, we will gain improved accessibility from the parking lot to the base of the mountain.

Last but not least, who's noticed our completed parking lot on Route 302? We're ready for you, winter!

Cheers to an epic winter ahead!

From all of us at Pleasant Mountain
