A space unlike anything else....Our cabin is a truly unique wilderness experience.
Soak in the year-round views, hike or snowshoe the Pleasant Mountain trail network from the back door, pick blueberries, and ski or snowboard Pleasant Mountain. Tuckerman's Cabin is a unique four-season experience sitting trail-side on Sunset Blvd.
Tuckerman's Cabin sleeps six in two bunk beds and a fold-out futon. Basic kitchen amenities are provided, including dishes and utensils, a propane grill, a 2-burner camp stove, and washing water.
The cabin is naturally lit during the day and battery-powered lamps are provided for the evening hours. A propane fireplace will keep you warm during the cooler evenings. Raised fire pits and firewood are ready to use as well as a natural outhouse.
Our guests need to access the cabin via their own means - hike-in during the spring, summer, and fall months and ski-in during the winter! It's about an hour's hike from the parking lot or you can take the chairlift up in the winter.
