The Decades Race

Racers Ready? It's the inaugural "Decades" Dual Slalom at Pleasant Mountain.

Race Time: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Location: The Main Slope
Get ready to race — and dress the part! The Decades Race is a free, family-friendly dual GS race open to skiers and snowboarders of all ages. Compete against others in your age decade and see who has the fastest time on The Main Slope.
How It Works: Each racer gets two runs down the dual GS course — your fastest time counts. The top male and female finisher in each age decade will take home a prize.
Dress Your Decade We encourage all participants to dress according to their decade — think '70s disco, '80s neon, '90s grunge, and beyond! The best costume on the hill earns a special award.
Registration
- FREE and open to the first 100 racers
- Register in person on the outdoor deck in front of Pleasant Mountain Outfitters starting at 8am
- Racers must be present to sign up
- A parent or legal guardian must be present to sign the waiver for minor participants
- Open to any skier or snowboarder comfortable on The Main Slope
