Ski and Snowboard equipment
Our fantastic crew of experienced boot fitters and certified ski and snowboard technicians will offer their knowledgeable guidance throughout the rental process.
The Rental Department is located on the parking lot level of the base lodge. The outdoor elevator is very close to our entrance.
Rental Packages
A Rental Package includes skis, boots and poles or, a snowboard and boots. All rental packages include a helmet. You will be required to pick your date of arrival on the following screen
Tips for first time renters
Wear a single pair of quality ski socks (avoid cotton if you can).
Keep all base layers and/or ski pants out of your boots.
Store your bags and extra garments upstairs in the lodge or in your personal vehicle for the day.
If you have purchased online, be ready with your barcode(s) which will be sent to the purchaser in an email that is separate from the payment confirmation email. This email may be redirected to a folder other than your inbox, so you may have to search for it using the header “Preparing for your rental”.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes! One hour before the lifts close you may pick up pre-purchased rentals or pay in store for rentals for the following day. This is a great idea as there are no lines.
All rental gear is returned outside to ensure the floors stay dry for guests to rent throughout the entire day and evening. Bringing your shoes along with you allows you to change into comfortable shoes before descending the outside staircase to return your equipment outside the rental exit.
